محمد الشامسي مهندس إماراتي وخبير في مجال الروبوتات ومبتكر يتمتع بأكثر من عقد من الخبرة في مجال الروبوتات والأتمتة والتصنيع الرقمي. بصفته مؤسساً ومديراً لشركة روبوهايتك في دبي، أسس محمد نفسه كرائد في مجال الروبوتات والأتمتة في الإمارات وخارجها. يعمل حالياً كعضو مجلس إدارة في كل من نادي الإمارات العلمي وجمعية الروبوتات والأتمتة في الإمارات، حيث يساهم في تطوير العلوم والتكنولوجيا وتعزيزها في المنطقة.
يحمل محمد درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الهندسة ودبلومًا في تكنولوجيا هندسة الميكاترونكس من كليات التقنية العليا في دبي. وقد حاز على اعتراف عالمي حيث عمل كخبير ورئيس خبراء في الروبوتات المتنقلة بمسابقة المهارات الدولية، وفاز بعدة جوائز مرموقة، منها وسام دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي وحصل على وسام أول خبير روبوتات دولي إماراتي ضمن مبادرة أوائل الإمارات. شغفه بالابتكار يتجلى في مشاركاته المتعددة في المسابقات الوطنية والدولية، حيث شارك كمتسابق ومحكم في العديد من المسابقات المحلية والدولية.
يتميز بقدراته القيادية وتفكيره النقدي وتحفيزه للفريق وتفانيه في تطوير التكنولوجيا. يسعى من خلال عمله إلى الارتقاء بمعايير الروبوتات وإلهام الجيل القادم من العلماء والمهندسين.
Mohammad Alshamsi is an accomplished Emirati engineer, robotics expert, and innovator with over a decade of experience in robotics, automation, and digital fabrication. As the Founder and CEO of RoboHiTec, a robotics company based in Dubai, Mohammad has established himself as a pioneer in robotics and mobile automation in the UAE and beyond. He currently serves on the boards of the Emirates Science Club and the UAE Robotics and Automation Society, contributing to the development and advocacy of science and technology in the region. Mohammad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management and a Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering Technology from the Higher College of Technology in Dubai. He has been recognized globally, serving as an expert and chief expert in mobile robotics for the WorldSkills International Competition, and has won multiple prestigious awards, including the GCC Medal and the UAE Pioneers recognition as the first Emirati international robotics expert. His passion for innovation is reflected in his active involvement in various national and international competitions, where he has both competed and judged. Mohammad is a leader known for his critical thinking, team motivation, and dedication to technological advancement. His work not only aims to elevate the standards of robotics but also inspires the next generation of scientists and engineers.
